Staff-Student Relation

CAMPUS Staff – provides a vision and training for students

• maintains a constant relationship with student leaders on each individual campus.
• advises student leaders in their planning for each school year,
• provides financial support, as well as speakers and other resources where needed
• evaluates programs on various campuses

Students – empowered to do the actual work done on campus

• run their programs freely,
• reporting back to CAMPUS for joint evaluation

Thus, without undermining students’ initiative and leadership, CAMPUS provides mentorship and leadership training for the students, providing them an opportunity to be active ministers on their campus and to each other. The University of Michigan is used as the pilot project of the CAMPUS approach to ministry.
