Every year, missionaries and CAMPUS staff organize a week-long Spring Break mission trip related to campus ministry. This year, the missionaries split into two groups and traveled to the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and to Pennsylvania State University to support students conducting campus ministry there. While it is difficult to quantify the benefits of Christian fellowship and mutual encouragement, the group at Penn State reported nearly 100 Bible study interests were collected during 2hrs of surveying in one afternoon! Now students who had never given a Bible study before are sharing their faith with their peers.

A group of staff traveled to Ghana over the same week to conduct Bible lecture series at 3 universities and a high school. Their work was riddled by the enemy’s attacks in the form of spiritualism, but God showed Himself mighty to save. Over 100 souls were reaped through their combined efforts with most decisions made at the site where the most manifestations of demonic possession were experienced. A recent graduate of the University of Michigan accompanied the staff on their trip and while she had already been engaged in Bible study, she affirmed her decision for baptism while in Ghana. She was baptized in the presence of her friends and church family a month and a half after the trip, on April 23rd.
